Licenses purchased in Ohio for this 2012 season are good from March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2013. These can be purchased online for convenience. Everyone wanting to fish legally should have a license, except those that are exempt.

Ohio’s 2012-13 fishing, hunting and trapping licenses and permits will be on sale starting March 1, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Wildlife.
